However, If you are not entirely satisfied or are having problems with your whatlock®, we are here to help.

Alternatively, should you wish to return your whatlock®, you have 30 days to do so from your date of receipt. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please include the original packaging and the confirmation email you received at the time of ordering. We will notify you when we have received your item and assuming the product is undamaged, a full refund will be made to the card that was used for the original payment. Any costs incurred in returning the item will not be refundable.
